IRF Application Guide

If you are interested in participating in one of the IRF projects, and you have been selected as a presenting participant of our congress, you are cordially invited to apply. Please note that every participant is expected to attend the fellowship for the full duration of the project.

Application

To apply for the IRF programme, your abstract must have been accepted. Once your abstract has been selected, you will receive an email with the link to your personal registration form. You must complete your registration by choosing sessions and workshops, accomodation and on this page you can also apply for the IRF programme.

Please note that the following documents will be required:

• Curriculum Vitae (with accurate timeline/dates)
• Letter of Recommendation from you supervisor
• Motivation for participating in an IRF. Also, explain your preference for a specific project (and state, if necessary, a second choice) Word limit: 300

Once the application deadline for the IRF programme has passed, a selection procedure will take place. The Research Institutes and the ISCOMS organisation will select the participants on the basis of their application.

Please remember that the deadline for application is April 12th 2010. You must have completed your registration before this date.

Within 3 weeks after the deadline, we will contact you about the results of your application. There can unfortunately be no correspondence about the selection procedure.
