University Ambassadors

The ISCOMS Ambassador programme was set up four years ago. At first it was a small group of international ISCOMS enthusiasts who wanted to help with ISCOMS getting known worldwide. Four years later the programme is thriving, consisting of about 40 ambassadors spread all over the world.

The Ambassadors play an essential role in the organisation of the ISCOMS. Their role is to represent ISCOMS at their university or in their country. They make promotion by giving out promotional material and an ambassador may use a special event at their faculty to promote the congress to a larger audience. Ambassadors also give information to people who may be interested in the ISCOMS, as they have all been to the congress themselves. They are thus in the unique position to have already attended the ISCOMS and know what it's like. They also receive newsletters from the International Contacts committee which keeps them completely up to date with what is going on with the ISCOMS. The Ambassadors provide a very important link between the country that they represent, and the ISCOMS.
